Appointment of Lim Jit Chik as Senior Executive Loss Adjuster

We thank our clients for the support we continue to receive since FortisCor’s inception on 5 May 2021. In a bid to further strengthen our team of professional adjusters, we are delighted to announce the appointment of Lim Jit Chik as Senior Executive Loss Adjuster effective 10 August 2021.

Lim is a seasoned Loss Adjuster and Claims Professional with 23 years’ experience. He began his loss adjusting career in 1998 with Crawford & Company, Malaysia and was later promoted to Branch Manager for the Johor state and was a key personnel of the National Large & Complex Loss team. In 2011, Lim moved to Singapore to join Insight Adjusters & Surveyors Pte Ltd. At Insight, Lim continued handling his portfolio of Property & Casualty claims and at the same time, managed a team of experienced loss adjusters.

Lim is experienced in handling large and complex property, engineering and casualty claims across almost all industries. He also specialises in Fidelity Guarantee and Jeweller’s Block losses. Lim has worked on numerous high-profile losses in Singapore and Malaysia as well as supervised claims in the ASEAN region.

In 2016, Lim made the transition to Marsh Singapore Pte Ltd, becoming their Vice President for Claims Practice. Lim’s invaluable experience in Marsh will complement and cement FortisCor’s emphasis on customer centricity.
