Hope you are keeping well and safe.
We have almost come to the end of 2021, with the holiday season just around the corner. We take this opportunity to thank our valued clients for your overwhelming support since the inception of FortisCor on 5 May 2021. Your amazing support has truly been a great blessing to us and spurs us to serve you even better in the coming year.
Although for many, 2021 will go down in history as another ‘COVID-Year’, we are grateful that FortisCor was birthed amidst a trying year. It does remind us of the beginnings of the Loss Adjusting profession, which was born following tragic events such as the Great Fire of London in 1666 – like a phoenix rising from its ashes. This is very similar to our story when we decided to start the business at the height of the pandemic. The challenges faced by the market has shaped our philosophy in being more resilient in the way we conduct our business with a focus on customer centricity. We understand the needs of our clients and are resolved to provide the highest level of loss adjusting service to help you shine brighter in the marketplace amidst the tough economic climate. We will continue to not only maintain but where possible, improve on our service excellence to the industry; which we trust you would have experienced in our prompt and quality reporting.
To bolster our efforts, we are strengthening our team and are delighted to announce the appointment of three new associates (who joined us recently) as follows:
- Mr Vimal Sivanesan – Loss Adjuster
- Ms Louisa Sunita – Associate Adjuster
- Ms Chua Siok Hun – Associate Adjuster
We are determined to grow our team and will be hiring more professional as well as support staff over the next couple of months. We sincerely hope that our efforts will cement the invaluable support that you have given to us.
Christmas is a season not only for celebration but also a time that reminds us that there is HOPE, LOVE, JOY and PEACE, despite all the challenges life throws at us. Hence, let’s not dwell on what COVID has brought upon us but instead, count our many blessings, especially our family and friends, and enjoy this wonderful season.
We also look forward to a brand new 2022 with great hope and with a fervent prayer that the COVID pandemic can be contained, and we all can look forward to some normalcy.
